Jill K. has been an IT consultant for Sirius for 10 years and has over 20 years’ experience in information technology. Jill’s background includes developing and directing call center operations, ITIL/IT Service Management and governance, mobile strategies, IoT roadmaps, strategic planning, and field service operations. In her current role, she focuses on strategic growth opportunities for Sirius by leading many of our new solution developments including IT service management, cloud, mobility and IoT. Jill has managed many large enterprise programs, including application development for insurance providers, multi-project strategic development in the banking industry, and leading the implementation of a multimillion-dollar, highly complex Cisco Unified Communications system supporting for more than 3,000 users at a fortune 100 food company.
